You enter

when entries close, the final list publishes on this page and the draw runs against a future ethereum block — announced before it exists, controlled by no one, verifiable by everyone. the protocol is below, in full. i can't pick you. i can't pick around you.

the winner settles directly with me: 6.9 ETH and the 1/1 "everything is fine", and their citizen exits the game — its death arranged with dignity instead of dread. terms confirmed in dms with the verified @m0dest___ account only — and i will never dm you first.

§03 — The Draw, In Public
no hats, no hands, no trust. the protocol, exactly:
1. The list is committed
at close, the final entrant list publishes on this page — sorted by citizen number, ascending, numbered from 0. its SHA-256 hash is computed live in your browser below and posted from my account. the list can't change after that without the hash screaming.
2. A future block is named
alongside the list, i announce a specific ethereum block number that has not been mined yet — roughly an hour out, the same day. nobody on earth knows that block's hash before it exists — an hour of unmined future is exactly as unknowable as a year of it. not me, not you, not the bots.
3. The chain rolls
when the block is mined, its hash becomes the seed. winner index = blockhash (as a 256-bit integer) mod N, where N is the number of entrants. eighth-grade math, applied to a number no one could have chosen.
4. Anyone verifies
pull the block hash from any node or explorer, run the mod, compare against the list. the verifier below does it for you — but it's checking the chain, not taking my word. if my announcement and the math ever disagree, the math wins.
