This is a form, nothing more. The office never asks you to connect a wallet, sign anything, approve anything, or deposit anything. If a site claiming to be this office asks for any of those things, it is not this office.

When the emigration contract is real, you will hear it from the deployer wallet first — the same address that deployed the Department. Any site, DM, or contract asking you to deposit a Citizen before that announcement is a predator. There are more of those than usual this week. Verify everything. Trust the chain, not the timeline.
